Refund Policy

• All returns and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

• If you have an issue with any products (e.g., missing items or damaged items), please contact us with as many pictures as possible, detailed descriptions of the issue, and your order number.

• Any issues resulting in you submitting an incorrect mailing address will NOT be refunded or re-shipped.

• We are NOT responsible for any products that are lost, damaged, or stolen during the shipping or delivery process. All shipping issues must be handled with the mail carrier responsible for the shipping.
